The check before the boards
Push the top of the fence: movement at the ground is a post problem, and new boards on failing posts are money spent twice. Rails sagging under a 7-foot board field are the second check. If both hold, board replacement is quick work — we match width, spacing, and height line so the repair reads as maintenance.
